Hi, I’m Khala, Eldest Daughter and Mom of 2. My work weaves ancestral healing and embodied coaching to help high-achieving eldest daughters find clarity and confidence in life transitions.
I spent years doing everything “right”. Chasing stability, excelling at work, and holding it all together for everyone else, yet still feeling lost and unfulfilled. Therapy helped me understand the patterns, but it was through ancestral healing that I finally felt clear and supported. I realized I wasn’t broken; I was carrying generations of responsibility and survival. Learning to connect with my ancestors helped me release perfectionism, trust my intuition, and find direction rooted in who I truly am, not just who I was expected to be.
With over 10 years of experience helping organizations transform — building sustainable systems, operational strategies, and cultures of belonging — plus training in ancestral healing, reiki, and doula work, I blend practical strategy with deep, embodied transformation.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me at a K-pop concert, playing board games with my kids, watching animal documentaries, or learning Korean and Yoruba.
